Website hosting

Hosting provider: Render Services, Inc., USA and Databricks, Inc. (Neon), USA. When this website is requested, technically necessary connection data such as IP address, timestamp, requested resource, referrer and browser information may be processed to deliver and protect the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Necessary storage

OpsTakt uses only technically necessary browser storage: an HTTP-only login session for up to eight hours, an isolated public-demo identifier for up to twelve hours, and local language/offline settings needed for requested features. The application sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. This storage is used under § 25(2)(2) TDDDG.

Pilot enquiries

If you request an offer, we process company name, contact name, email address, optional phone number and the selected package to respond and prepare a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Data is removed when it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention duties apply.

Use of the application

For customer pilots, the customer is normally the controller for employee and operational data and OpsTakt acts under a data-processing agreement. Access is role based; changes create audit records. Public demos contain sample data only.

Sending enquiry notifications

When you submit an enquiry, we are notified by e-mail. The e-mail is delivered by Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend), USA acting as a processor on our behalf; the contact details you provide are transmitted for that purpose. Where this involves a transfer outside the EEA, it takes place on the basis of a permitted transfer mechanism under the GDPR, in particular the EU standard contractual clauses.

AI-assisted functions

AI-assisted text functions are currently not enabled.

Recipients and transfers

Data is disclosed only to contracted service providers, configured delivery/webhook providers, authorities where legally required, and AI providers where the optional function is actively used.

Processors currently used:

Transfers to the USA take place on the basis of the EU standard contractual clauses under Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR, agreed in the data processing agreement with each provider.

You may also complain to the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information or another competent supervisory authority.

We use TLS, access controls, secure cookies, restrictive browser policies and audit records. This notice is updated when the service or its providers change.
